And I think that's the most important thing I can say at this moment.
Because somewhere along the way, our culture started glorifying doing everything by yourself. The self-made success story. The lone wolf. The bootstrap legend who figured it all out without asking a single question.
But here's the truth: most people don't say out loud:
That story is usually incomplete… or entirely fictional.
The people who truly win in life, in business, and in fulfillment? They don't go it alone. They build ecosystems. They surround themselves with people who sharpen them, challenge them, guide them, and sometimes gently—or not so gently—call them out when they're stuck.
They have mentors. They have peers. They have communities.
They have a team.
And that's not a weakness. That's strategy.

Almost seven years ago, TNT started as a collaboration between Carol Ray, and Bill Soroka. Back then, it was called the Breakfast Club, and I was relatively unknown outside of California and the National Notary Association (NNA). The opportunity to co-host this call, answer notary questions from across the country, and provide micro-lessons helped me grow alongside the audience.
Working with Carol Ray was a turning point in my career. She was the first speaker at my in-person Notary Symposium in Modesto, CA, and she encouraged me to formalize my coaching practice.
